Red glass cluster ring

I created this beautiful piece of flower ring using a twisted wire technique . In this ring size 6.25. I've used red square glass beads and 2 golden ball beads and I've twisted them all up on 20 gauge golden wire. Need this ring in another size? Want more golden beads attached to it.?
